With over a decade of experience as a massage and sports therapist, our founder has dedicated their life to the pursuit of treating athletes in combat sports, helping them to improve their performance and recover from injuries. While we are renowned for our work with combat sports athletes, we are also proud to offer our services to anyone who requires our assistance.

At Phoenix Remedial & Recovery, we pride ourselves on our ability to treat a wide range of conditions, from common injuries to more complex cases. Our practice specializes in a diverse range of conditions, including sports specific injuries, pregnancy-related concerns, TMJ pain, Plantar Fasciitis, right through to general DOMS. Phoenix Remedial & Recovery is comprised of several expert therapists who specialize in cupping therapy, dry needling, contrast therapy treatments.
