We at Phoenix Remedial Therapy are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product, and we're here to help.
In accordance with the Queensland Australia Consumer Law, we offer an exchange or store credit for any products that are deemed to be faulty, incorrect size or not as described. If you believe that the product you have received is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange for an exchange or store credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer an exchange or store credit for such situations, provided that the product is returned in its original condition with all tags attached and is not damaged or used in any way.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange for an exchange or store credit. The cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange or store credit within 7 business days.
